Colin Sullivan

Co-Owner, EastEx

In addition to his role at EastEx, Colin is a partner and co-founder of O'Keefe & Sullivan, a boutique business law firm. He is a highly regarded resource within the province for corporate commercial law, tax, and estate planning.

Colin is actively involved with several nonprofit and industry organizations, including serving as Treasurer and Secretary for the Chartered Professional Accountants of Newfoundland and Labrador, former Treasurer for the Newfoundland and Labrador Rugby Union, and Board Member for the Newfoundland and Labrador Sports Centre. Colin also volunteers as a youth hockey coach for the U9 and U11 St. John’s Caps female hockey teams.

Colin holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-Operative) from Memorial University. He has completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course and has earned his CPA designation. Colin is frequently invited to speak to diverse audiences on topics such as business acquisitions and sales, domestic trusts, and estate planning. His extensive education and experience make him a valuable asset to EastEx, driving financial strategy and growth for the company.
